IT'S GREAT TO SEE YOU TODAY.

UH, I WOULD LIKE TO BEGIN WITH JUST A NOTE OF APPRECIATION FROM THE STAFF FOR YOUR HARD WORK LAST WEEK IN THE WEEKS, LEADING UP TO IT, UH, GETTING READY AND PREPPING FOR THE ANNUAL STRATEGIC PLANNING RETREAT THAT WE HELD OVER THE WEEKEND.

WE KNOW THAT THAT TIMES ARE VALUABLE AND WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE YOUR DIRECTION AND CONTINUED LEADERSHIP AND GUIDING US INTO THE NEXT FEW MONTHS AND YEARS OF OUR CITY'S COURSE, UH, ON ITS WAY OF REALIZING IT'S A DREAM OF BECOMING THE PREMIER CITY.

UM, ALSO JUST, UH, JUST TO NOTE OF, UH, OF SUPPORT FOR A COUPLE OF MEMBERS OF OUR CITY FAMILY WHO HAD LOSSES IN THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES OVER THE COURSE OF THE WEEKEND.

UM, WE'VE SENT THAT INFORMATION OUT TO, TO COUNCIL AND OUR CITY FAMILY, AND WE'LL DO AS WE ALWAYS DO IN TERMS OF, UH, SUPPORTING OUR OWN AND HELPING THEM, THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH, UH, THESE DIFFICULT TIMES.

I'M GOING TO GO OVER A COUPLE OF CALENDAR ITEMS TONIGHT, IF I COULD, UH, BEGINNING NEXT TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH.

SO YOU HAVE, AFTER TODAY, THERE'S ONLY ONE ADDITIONAL REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING FOR THE REST OF 2020.

UH, BUT FOR A COUPLE OF SPECIAL MEETINGS, ONE OF WHICH IS NEXT TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH.

SO, UH, ON THAT DAY, WE'LL BE HAVING A SPECIAL MEETING.

IT WILL BE, UM, A VIRTUAL AFFAIR, UH, TO UPDATE THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE, UH, PROGRESS BEING MADE IN THE DESIGN OF YOUR LIBRARY AND SIGNATURE PARK PROJECT, OUR, UH, CITIZENS, UH, DESIGN ADVISORY COMMITTEE, WHICH HAS BEEN WORKING REALLY HARD THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER AND FALL ON THAT PROJECT, UH, WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE IN THIS MEETING AS WELL TO, UH, BE ABLE TO BRING YOU UP TO SPEED ON WHERE THEY'RE SITTING AND WHAT THE COURSE AHEAD WILL LOOK LIKE AS WE GET CLOSER AND CLOSER TO, UH, CONCEPTS, UH, APPROVALS, AND THEN MOVING INTO THE SCHEMATIC DESIGN PROCESS, WHICH PUTS US IN A POSITION TO HAVE DESIGNS THAT WE CAN THEN GO OUT TO BID SOMETIME IN THE SUMMER OR EARLY FALL OF 21.

SO THAT PROJECT IS MOVING ALONG VERY NICELY.

UH, WE, UH, ALSO HAVE, UH, OUTFITTED WITH SOME ADDITIONAL, UH, TECHNICAL SUPPORT THAT WILL HOPEFULLY MAKE THAT MEETING A GOOD ONE AND AN EASIER ONE FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO SEE SOME OF THE CONCEPTS THAT WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THE 17TH.

UH, JUST SO, YOU KNOW, AS FAR AS THAT PROCESS GOES, THE, UH, PARKS AND THE LIBRARY BOARDS WILL BOTH ALSO BE UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF THE DESIGN PROCESS LATER IN THE WEEK, UH, AT THEIR REGULAR BOARD MEETINGS, WHICH, UH, JUST HAPPENED TO BE ON WEDNESDAY THE 18TH AND THURSDAY, THE 19TH.

SO BY THE END OF THE WEEK, EVERYONE WILL HAVE RECEIVED A BRIEFING ON THE STATUS AND, UH, WE'LL HAVE A GOOD HANDLE ON HOW THINGS HAVE PROGRESSED SO FAR.

AND THE EXCITING THINGS THAT WE HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO, UM, IN THE MONTHS AHEAD AS DESIGN, UH, AS THE DESIGN PROCESS PROCEEDS, UM, IT'S NOT TOO EARLY, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, UH, TO BE THINKING ABOUT, UH, HOLIDAY PLANS AND EVENTS, AND, UH, WANTED TO GET A COUPLE OF THEM ON YOUR CALENDAR ALREADY.

AS YOU KNOW, WE'VE HAD A LONG STANDING TRADITION OF BREAKING BREAD WITH OUR SENIORS COMMUNITY AND APPRECIATING ALL OF THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR CITY.

UM, AS YOU KNOW, UNDER, UH, THE COVID ENVIRONMENT, THAT'S NOT SOMETHING THAT WE CAN DO IN THE SAME WAY THAT WE HAVE TRADITIONALLY DONE THAT, BUT WE WILL STILL CELEBRATE THEM AND WE WILL STILL BREAK BREAD.

WE'LL JUST DO IT IN A LITTLE BIT OF A DIFFERENT WAY.

SO ON A THURSDAY, ON NOVEMBER THE 19TH, UH, WE WILL BE HAVING OUR ANNUAL SENIOR THANKSGIVING DINNER.

IT WILL BE HELD AT THE RECREATION CENTER, BUT IT WILL BE A DRIVE-THROUGH AFFAIR.

SO WE WILL BE SPINNING OFF SOME OF THE MEAL PROGRAMS THAT, UM, WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IN, UH, TAKE, UH, THROUGH FOR THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS AND DO A THANKSGIVING VERSION OF THAT.

THE CITY COUNCIL IS INVITED TO ASSIST US IN DISTRIBUTING MEALS ON THAT DAY, AS YOU KNOW, IT'S ONE OF OUR FAVORITE DAYS OF THE YEAR.

AND WHILE WE MAY BE WAVING AT FOLKS IN CARS, WE'LL STILL BE ABLE TO RECONNECT WITH SOME OF THE TREASURES OF OUR COMMUNITY

AND AGAIN, UH, THE COUNCIL IS, UH, INVITED TO ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE IN THAT THAT IS THE 19TH.

AND WE'LL HAVE THAT ON YOUR CALENDAR AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL, MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS ON TIMING AND WHAT'S YEAH, SIR, WE'LL PUT OUT CALENDAR INVITES ON ALL THESE, THESE ARE FRESH FOR US OUT OF THE INNOVATION GROUPS, HOPPER.

SO WE'RE A MOVING HEAD NOW, LOOKING AHEAD TO, UH, TO THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS, WE'RE, UH, ALREADY KNOCKING ON THE DOOR OF THAT.

UM, ON DECEMBER 1ST, WE ARE PLANNING ON CONTINUING, UH, TO HAVE OUR HOLIDAY ON THE HILL CELEBRATION.

AGAIN, THIS ONE WILL BE MODIFIED TO BE ABLE TO KEEP BOTH PARTICIPANTS, UH, AS WELL AS OUR PUBLIC SAFE.

UH, THIS WILL BE A DRIVE THROUGH EVENT AT VALLEY RIDGE PARK.

THAT WILL BE STRUCTURALLY SIMILAR TO THE VERY SUCCESSFUL SCARE, UH, ON THE HILL EVENT THAT WE HAD FOR HALLOWEEN.

SO THAT'LL BE ON DECEMBER 1ST.

UM, I WILL ALSO SAY THAT THE COUNCIL IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT AS WELL.

I, UH, I WAS EXTREMELY SURPRISED AND HAPPY WITH HOW WELL THAT IS AND HOW MUCH YOU CAN STILL ENGAGE PEOPLE.

EVEN IF THEY'RE DRIVING BY SLOWLY, YOU CAN STILL GET A CHANCE TO, TO SEE FOLKS THAT YOU KNOW, AND, UH, EXPRESS YOUR APPRECIATION FOR THEM AND CELEBRATION OF COMMUNITY THAT CAN TAKE PLACE DURING THAT, UH, THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED ON DECEMBER 3RD WITH THE CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING THIS YEAR.

AGAIN, WE'LL BE DONE IN A WAY THAT ALLOW PEOPLE TO BE SAFE, BUT STILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.

SO THIS ONE WILL BE A VIRTUAL AFFAIRS.

SO STAY TUNED ON EXACTLY HOW THAT'S GOING TO WORK.

UH, BUT WE WILL BE PROCEEDING WITH OUR HOLIDAY, A CELEBRATION.

NOW, THE, THE, THE DRIVE-THRU HOLIDAY IN THE, IN VALLEY RICH PARKER, WE'RE GOING TO DECORATE IT AND LIGHT IT UP AND HAVE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AND STUFF.

YEAH, I THINK IT'S, UH, I, I THEY'VE, THEY, THEY SWORE ME TO SECRECY ON TELLING YOU EVERYTHING, BUT I WOULD IMAGINE IT WILL BE VERY FESTIVE AND, UH, I WOULD THINK IT WOULD WORK VERY SIMILAR.

WE HAD LOTS OF BLOW UP THINGS ON THE HALLOWEEN AND, UH, WOULD THINK THAT WE WOULD DO SOMETHING VERY SIMILAR.

SO IT OUGHT TO BE, IT OUGHT TO BE A LOT OF FUN.

NOW DID, DID EVER WAS EVERYBODY THAT WAS IN LINE FOR HALLOWEEN, DID THEY, ARE THEY ABLE TO GET THROUGH THE PARK AND GET CANDY FOR THEIR KIDS? SO I BELIEVE THAT THE VERY LAST CAR THAT WE ATTENDED TO WAS SOMEWHERE AROUND 10 O'CLOCK AND, UH, I DON'T THINK WE HAD A LONG LINE OF FOLKS THAT, YOU KNOW, GOT TOLD TO GO HOME.

SO I THINK WE WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE PRETTY MUCH EVERYBODY, CERTAINLY ANYBODY THAT WAS THERE, UH, IN THE, THE ORIGINAL SIX TO EIGHT TIMEFRAME WAS ACCOMMODATED TO BE SURE.

OKAY.

IN ADDITION TO THE, UH, HOLIDAY ON THE HILL EVENT AND THE VIRTUAL CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING, UH, OUR TOURISM DEPARTMENTS PLANNING ANOTHER COUPLE OF FUN THINGS OVER THE COURSE OF THE MONTH.

ONE WILL BE A DOWNTOWN SCAVENGER HUNT.

AND THEN THE FOURTH THING IS SOMETHING YOU'RE ALREADY BEGINNING TO SEE.

AND THAT'S A, AN ENHANCED, UH, HOLIDAY DECOR, UH, PRESENCE, BOTH IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA AND HERE ON UPTOWN BOULEVARD.

SO THAT'S IS ALREADY GOING UP WITH A LOT OF SOCIAL MEDIA ALREADY BEGINNING TO TALK ABOUT IT.

SO WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO WHAT RUSSELL AND THE TOURISM TEAM HAS IN STORE FOR US THIS YEAR.

SO I'M PLEASED TO COMMUNICATE OUR PROGRESS AND TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THE NEW BILLS ARE INTENDED TO ROLL OUT ON JANUARY THE SEVENTH.

UM, AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, THERE'S BEEN A LOT OF WORK IN THIS TRANSITION AND IN MY EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTATION AND A CHANGE OF THIS MAGNITUDE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS NOT THE BEST IDEA.

UM, SO THIS ROLLOUT DATE WILL ALLOW US TO COMMUNICATE THIS INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC, UM, AND TO LET OUR CITIZENS KNOW OF THE CHANGES AND HOW THEIR NEW BILLS ARE GONNA FUNCTION.

UM, WE'RE GOING TO BE SENDING A LETTER OUT BETWEEN NOW AND DECEMBER TO INFORM THE CITIZENS OF THIS CHANGE.

SO LET ME CONCLUDE

UM, THIS HAS BEEN A TUMULTUOUS WOOD TO, TO SAY THE LEAST.

AND SO AS WE MAKE THIS, THIS TRANSITION, ARE WE GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER PERIOD OF KIND OF FORBEARANCE, UM, YOU KNOW, ANTICIPATING THAT WE MAY HAVE SOME HICCUPS IN THE TRANSITION OR, UH, HOW HOW'S, HOW'S IT GOING TO WORK IF YOU KNOW, SOMEBODY IS, YOU KNOW, GETTING A BILL THAT, YOU KNOW, I THINK WHEN, YOU KNOW, SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE HAD HAPPENS LAST TIME WAS, YOU KNOW, WE HAD PEOPLE CLAIM, THEY WERE GETTING BILLS FOR LIKE MULTIPLE MONTHS OR WOULDN'T GET A BILL AND THEN THEY WOULD GET A BILL FOR LIKE THREE MONTHS.

AND SO, UM, WHAT'S GOING TO BE KIND OF BE THE PROCESS HERE TO ACCOMMODATE, UH, CITIZENS TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE NOT JUST CUTTING PEOPLE'S WATER OFF, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT'S GOING TO BE A BIG CONCERN OF THEIRS.

SO THIS PARTICULAR CHANGE IS GOING TO BE TO THE BILL PRINT VENDOR.

UM, SO CURRENTLY WE HAVE MEANING BILLING AND THEIR APPEAL.

BILL PRINT VENDOR SENDS OUT THE BILLING STATEMENTS TO THE CITIZENS.

UM, AS FAR AS THE MONTHLY BILLINGS ARE THE MULTIPLE BILLINGS, THAT'S BEEN AN ISSUE THAT'S BEEN CORRECTED.

UM, IT'S JUST A PROCESS OF GETTING EVERYTHING IMPLEMENTED FROM UNI BILLING.

SO THE TRANSITION FROM FATHOM TO MUNI BILLING, UH, WAS A PROCESS.

AND PART OF THAT WAS THERE WERE CUSTOMERS THAT HADN'T BEEN BILLED, UM, DURING THAT TRANSITION AND THAT'S, THAT'S BEEN ALLEVIATED.

SO THE CUSTOMER SHOULDN'T BE SEEING THAT WHAT THIS IS, IS A NEW TRANSITION TO A BILL PRINT VENDOR AND A CHANGE TO THE BILL FORMAT.

IS THIS GOING TO BE THE, IS THIS THE FINAL CHANGE WHERE WE'LL HAVE, WE'LL BE DOING THE BILLING AND EVERYTHING WILL NOW BE PROCESSED IN HOUSE, AND WE HAVE OUR OWN BILLING VENDOR, OR IS THERE GOING TO BE ANOTHER CHANGE AFTER THIS? BECAUSE I KNOW IT'S BEEN KIND OF A MULTI-STEP PROCESS.

IT WOULD BE A MULTI-STEP PROCESS.

WE'RE NOT CHANGING THE CIS, SO WE'RE NOT CHANGING THE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY DO THE BILLING FOR US.

WE'RE CHANGING THE BILL PRINT VENDOR.

SO THAT'S WHAT THIS PARTICULAR IMPLEMENTATION IS.

UM, I HAVE ONE LITTLE QUESTION AND IT SEEMS LIKE, UH, UH, OVER THE, OVER THE YEARS WHEN WE'VE HAD OUR PREVIOUS, UH, SERVICE, BUT ALWAYS ASKED TO SEE IF THEY COULDN'T DO, WHEN THEY DO THE BILLING AND YOU COME ON IT, TRY TO PAY YOUR BILL, THAT YOU CAN PICK A DATE VERSUS HAVING TO, YOU KNOW, AT LEAST REMEMBER TO GET IT ON A CERTAIN DATE.

YOU CAN'T DO IT AHEAD OF TIME.

SO ARE WE GOING TO BE ABLE TO GO IN AND LOG IN AT ANY TIME IN THAT MONTH AND GO AHEAD AND PICK A DATE THAT WE WANT TO ACCESS PAYMENT, OR ARE WE STILL GOING TO HAVE TO ONLY HAVE THE OPTION GOING IN WHEN WE, WHEN WE MAKE THE PAYMENT AT THAT TIME, YOU MEAN AS FAR AS PAYING THE, PAYING THE CHARGES, RIGHT? SO WHEN YOU GO IN TO GO AND TRY TO PAY YOUR BILL, UH, USUALLY MINE IS DUE SOMEWHERE AROUND 17, 18, SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

BUT ON THE FIRST I MAY BE OVER THERE, UH, PROCESSING BILLS TO BE PAID ON THOSE DATES.

AND, UH, SO IN, IN MY TIMELINE, I TRY TO DO IT EARLY ENOUGH TO WHERE I'M JUST PICKING THE DATES FOR WHAT ALL OF THESE ARE GOING TO BE, BE A DEBIT, BUT I CAN'T DO THAT ON THE CURRENT, YOU KNOW, THE CURRENT, UH, BILL PAY.

SO I GOT TO REMEMBER TO SAY, OKAY, I GOT TO LOG IN AND PAY ON, OR BEFORE THAT DATE.

UM, SO I JUST TRY TO TIME IT WHERE I CAN DO ALL OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME, BUT I PICKED CERTAIN DATES KNOWING, YOU KNOW, HOW YOU'RE GETTING REVENUE IN AT DIFFERENT TIMES.

SO PICK A DATE, I THINK IS THE TERM, YES, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PAY IT THAT AT ANY TIME.

OKAY.

WE NEED PAID ANY TIME, BUT CAN YOU GO ONLINE TO PAY AND PICK A DATE FOR, FOR A FUTURE DATE AS FAR AS LIKE A DRAFT OR JUST, WHICH IS WHAT I ALWAYS GO IN AND, AND, UH, UM, SET UP THE PAYMENT.

AS YOU RECALL, IN JUNE, THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED MAYOR MASON TO EXECUTE AN ILA WITH DALLAS COUNTY TO RECEIVE CARE TO CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUNDS THAT WERE PASSED THERE FROM THE US TREASURY DEPARTMENT TO DALLAS COUNTY, I'M HERE TO THE CITY OF CEDAR HILL, UM, TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY.

APPROXIMATELY $2.6 MILLION WAS ALLOCATED TO THE CITY OF CEDAR HILL BASED ON OUR POPULATION ESTIMATES, UM, FOR NECESSARY EXPENDITURES INCURRED, UH, BETWEEN MARCH 1ST THROUGH DECEMBER 30TH, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC AT CITY COUNCIL'S DIRECTION.

WE FOCUSED

OUR EFFORTS ON THREE CATEGORIES, UH, DISASTER RESPONSE, MITIGATION, RESIDENT ASSISTANCE, AND BUSINESS ASSISTANCE.

SO, UH, WHEN WE BEGAN THIS PROCESS, WE ANTICIPATED, UM, EXPENSES FOR DIRECT RESPONSE AND MITIGATION TO INCLUDE OUR PUBLIC SAFETY AND EMS EXPENSES, PPE AND CLEANING AND DISINFECTION SUPPLIES AND SERVICES, OH FOUR BUSTED IN ASSISTANCE.

WE WERE ANTICIPATING FOOD ASSISTANCE, BUT MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE.

AND, UM, THE CEDAR HILL STRONG, UH, GRANT AND LOAN PROGRAM, UH, TO SUPPORT OUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES.

BUT SINCE THAT TIME, WE HAVE EXPANDED, UH, EXPANDED IN THESE CATEGORIES TO BE INNOVATIVE AND RESPONSIVE, UH, TO OUR COMMUNITY, TO OUR COMMUNITY AND THIS EVER-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT AS WHITES TO DISASTER RESPONSE AND MITIGATION.

UM, WE, UH, PPE HAS INCLUDED, UH, GLOVES, SANITIZERS, MASS, AND, UH, DISINFECTS, DISINFECTION, SPRAYERS, AND GLASS, UH, AROUND, UM, AROUND ALL CITY FACILITIES.

UH, WE'VE ALSO, UM, WE'VE ALSO, UH, SPREAD COVID, UH, COMMUNICATIONS FOR, UH, FOR OUR RESIDENTS AND OUR VISITORS, UM, SUCH AS, UH, STAY SMART, STAY SIX FEET APART AND OTHER AND OTHER PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISEMENTS.

UM, THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN UP, WE'VE ALSO, UH, HAD A NUMBER OF INNOVATIONS FOR OUR CITIZENS TO EXCESS CITY SERVICES OF VIRTUALLY OF WHICH INCLUDES THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UP FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS.

I PADS, UH, LAPTOPS, UH, AND, UH, AND WE'RE WORKING ON A VIRTUAL COURT AS WELL.

UM, OUR PUBLIC SAFETY EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN ON THE FRONT LINES, UH, IN RESPONSE TO THIS PANDEMIC, UH, AND THERE ARE, UM, AND, UH, WE HAVE ALSO ALLOCATED FUNDS FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT TO HELP, UM, REDUCE THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS, INCLUDING INFECTION RESISTANT, BUNKER GEAR, THEY SHELTER MASK, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES, UH, TELL THE DEUCE THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS.

UH, AND FOR THAT ALL PRELIMINARY ESTIMATES ARE THAT WE'LL SPEND APPROXIMATELY A $1 MILLION.

AND IT DOES ASK THE RESPONSE AND MITIGATION EXPENSES, UH, FROM MARCH 1ST THROUGH THE END OF DECEMBER, AS IT RELATES TO RESIDENT ASSISTANCE.

AS YOU KNOW, WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF DALLAS TO PROVIDE RENT MORTGAGE AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE, UM, TO QUALIFY CEDAR HILL RESIDENTS.

AND AS OF NOVEMBER SIX, APPROXIMATELY $162,000 HAS BEEN SPENT, UH, BASED ON OUR PROJECTIONS IN CONSULTATION WITH CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF DALLAS, WE'RE EXPECTING TO SPEND APPROXIMATELY $300,000 AND RESIDENT ASSISTANCE.

AND THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THAT IS OFFERED THROUGH DALLAS COUNTY EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AT THE OCTOBER 27 CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE RESOLUTION TO AWARD $142,000 IN CAROUSEL FUNDS TO CEDAR HILL SHALES TO SUPPORT FOOD PANTRY OPERATIONS THAT HAVE SEEN AN INCREASE IN PATRONS.

UM, AS A RESULT OF THE PANDEMIC, UH, WE ARE PLANNING A WORKFORCE SUMMIT TO BE HELD AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER AS PART OF OUR CEDAR HILL STRONG WINTER WORKSHOP SERIES TO ENGAGE, EMPOWER AND EMPLOY OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED OR UNDEREMPLOYED DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.

AND THIS EVENT WILL INCLUDE INFORMATION ON UPDATING YOUR RESUME, EFFECTIVE JOB SOURCE, UH, SEARCH STRATEGIES, INTERVIEW SKILLS, AND OTHER SKILLS THAT ARE VITAL AND BENEFICIAL TO TODAY'S MARKETPLACE, INCLUDING HOW TO BRING YOUR ENERGY TO A VIRTUAL INTERVIEW.

THE REASON I ASKED BECAUSE I'VE HEARD THAT SOME FAMILIES THAT HOT CHIPS, AND I SEE WE GIVEN THE DISTRICT 108 OR 5,000.

SO IT, TO ME, IT WOULD BE NO INVOICE TO GIVE THE DISTRICT MONEY AND WHEN THE KIDS NEED A PLACE TO STAY.
