Citizens Forum/Public Comments. Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins. All public comments submitted online by 3pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record.

Bond Matters.

Consider approving Resolution No. R24-705 which directs publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Series 2024 Certificates of Obligation for the purpose of paying contractual obligations to be incurred for right of way acquisition, and constructing and improving City infrastructure.
