6.   Citizens Forum/Public Comments.  Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins.  Public comments may also be submitted online at: cedarhilltx.com/publiccomment.  All public comments submitted online by 3pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record. 
 
7.   Consent Agenda:
The Consent Agenda includes routine items that may be acted upon with a single vote. Any council member may remove items from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and consideration.

c.   Case No. FP-561-2023 – Approve, in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation, an application for a final plat for the Brook View Addition, Lot 6R, Block 1 on property zoned “SF-E” (Single-Family Residential Estate with minimum 1-acre lots) District located on the south side of Windy Lane, east of Tar Road with the approximate address being 710 Windy Lane.
