a.   Case No. CUP-546-2023 - Conduct a public hearing and consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for “auto glass repair/tinting” on property zoned “LR” (Local Retail) District within the Uptown Overlay, located on the east side of North Clark Road, northwest of J. Elmer Weaver Freeway (Highway 67) with the approximate address being 408 North Clark Road.
