5.   Citizens Forum/Public Comments.  Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins.  Public comments may also be submitted online at: cedarhilltx.com/publiccomment.  All public comments submitted online by 4pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record.

a.   Case No. Z-502-2022 - Continue the public hearing to April 11, 2023 for amendments to Chapter 23 entitled “Zoning” of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cedar Hill, Texas, pertaining to industrial, storage, warehouse and distribution uses. Click to View
 
b.   Case No. PD-516-2022 – Conduct a public hearing and consider an application for a change in zoning from “LR” (Local Retail) District to “PD” (Planned Development) District for single-family residential, generally located west of North Cannady Drive at the terminus of Showcase Drive, with the approximate address being 400 Showcase Drive.
