5.   Citizens Forum/Public Comments.  Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins.  Public comments may also be submitted online at: cedarhilltx.com/publiccomment.  All public comments submitted online by 4pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record. 
 
6.   Public Hearing:
 
a.   Conduct a public hearing and consider approving an Amended and Restated Tax Abatement Agreement by and between the City of Cedar Hill, Texas, and owner/applicant USICV High Point 67 TC, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

b.   Case No. FP-412-2021 – Approve, in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation, an application for a final plat for the Mary H. Lovern Addition, Lots 18R1 and Lot 18R2, being a replat of Lot 18 of the Mary H. Lovern Addition on property zoned “LR” (Local Retail District), generally located on the southeast corner of Hood Drive and Loftin Street, with the approximate address being 162 Hood Drive.
