5.   Citizens Forum/Public Comments.  Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins.  Public comments may also be submitted online at: cedarhilltx.com/publiccomment.  All public comments submitted online by 4pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record. 
 
6.   Public Hearing:
 
a.   Conduct a public hearing on the continuation of the City of Cedar Hill's juvenile curfew ordinance. Click to View
 
7.   Election Matters:
 
a.   Consider ordering a General Election to be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 to elect Mayor and City Council Members for Place 3 and Place 5. Click to View
 
8.   Consent Agenda:
The Consent Agenda includes routine items that may be acted upon with a single vote. Any council member may remove items from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and consideration.

Discussion or deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the City of Cedar Hill ("City") and the Cedar Hill Economic Development Corporation ("CHEDC") has received from a business prospect that the City and CHEDC seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of Cedar Hill and with which the City and CHEDC are conducting economic development negotiations; and/or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to the business prospect.
