5.   Citizens Forum/Public Comments.  Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins.  Public comments may also be submitted online at: cedarhilltx.com/publiccomment.  All public comments submitted online by 4pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record. 
 
6.   Consent Agenda:
The Consent Agenda includes routine items that may be acted upon with a single vote. Any council member may remove items from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and consideration.
 
a.   Consider approving the minutes of the May 18, 2021 Special Called City Council meeting and the May 25, 2021 Regular City Council meeting. Click to View
 
b.   Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Cedar Hill Independent School District (CHISD) renewing the lease of the third floor of the Cedar Hill Government Center.   Click to View
 
c.   Consider approving Resolution No. R21-627 which supports the submission of an application for a Hiring Program Grant from the
U.S. Department of Justice,Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS).
