a.   Case No. Z-344-2021 - Conduct a public hearing and consider Ordinance No. 2021-723 for a change in zoning from “LR” (Local Retail District) and “SF-8.5” (Single-Family Residential District – minimum 8,500 square-foot lots) to “CC” (Campus Commercial District), generally located on the east corner of South J. Elmer Weaver Freeway (Highway 67) and Tidwell Street with the approximate address being 560 South J. Elmer Weaver Freeway.

b.   Case No. SP-296-2020 – Consider an application for a site plan with an alternative architectural design on property zoned “LR” (Local Retail District), generally located on the southwest corner of East Belt Line Road and Sims Drive, with the approximate address being 538 East Belt Line Road. Consultation with the City’s attorneys on the following matters in which the duty of the attorneys under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflict with the requirements of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
