6.   Citizens Forum/Public Comments.  Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins.  Public comments may also be submitted online at: cedarhilltx.com/publiccomment.  All public comments submitted online by 4pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record. 
 
7.   Consent Agenda:
The Consent Agenda includes routine items that may be acted upon with a single vote. Any council member may remove items from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and consideration.

b.   Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Hilltop Securities Asset Management, LLC  (formerly First Southwest Asset Management, LLC) to provide professional services as an arbitrage consultant.   Click to View
 
c.   Consider approving Resolution No. R21-619 which continues implementation of the Pretreatment Program with the Trinity River Authority for the Ten Mile Creek Regional Wastewater System. Click to View

c.   Conduct the second reading and consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-722, a requested electric franchise agreement between Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC and the City of Cedar Hill, granting Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC and its successors and assigns an electric power franchise within the limits of the City of Cedar Hill.
